Today after breakfast leave for the bay of island. After reaching paihia, freshen up and board on to a cruise for the hole in the rock attraction – yes, you heard it right; there is a hole in rock in the middle of an ocean and cruise will sail through it if weather is good enough. Return to paihia wharf in the evening and relax. Overnight stay in paihia.
Pack your bags and off we go to rotorua, a geothermal city of new zealand, rare and unique on the planet. On our way we will visit waitomo caves – a wonder of its own. Visit includes boat ride in a real dark cave of – glowworms. Finally arrive at rotorua, check-in to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening – go spoil yourself at rotorua lake, wonder around the town and be amazed with flumes from the earth. Today is a rotorua sightseeing tour day. We will visit agrodome show – a fun loving insight of nz’s sheep myth. In new zealand there are approx. 14 times more sheep then nz’s population. Later on we will be amazed with visit to te puia thermal reserve to witness world famous bubbling mud pools, pohutu geyser and maori cultural show to enjoy local traditions, culture, songs and dance. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Relax on the shores of lake rotorua or take any of the optional activities rotorua has to offer. Overnight stay in rotorua.
After early morning breakfast leave for auckland and upon arrival straight off to city tour. We will explore mt. Eden hill, tamaki drive, bastion point, and kelly tarltons sealife aquarium as main locations in a very dynamic – city of sails auckland. Witness the largest in- house collection of penguins in the world at kelly tarltons along with the sharks and other sea creatures. Later check in to the hotel, freshen up and in the evening visit sky tower- the tallest free standing tower on southern hemisphere. Now return to your hotel, get dressed up and leave for museum of transport & technology aviation hall for your gala dinner night. Sit amongst a large collection of recreational, top dressing, commercial and military aircraft which celebrates the evolution of new zealand aviation since february 1911. See aircraft which saw service with the royal new zealand air force such as the de havilland mosquito and the modern skyhawk and aermacchi and enjoy one of the best gala dinner of your life.
